[ Back from a retroactive kidnapping, come this afternoon Shizuo's staggering into town looking pretty confused.

Except this is a much smaller Shizuo. Attempts to restore his body to a time before superhuman endurance factored in didn't quite go as planned. He drags his feet and looks around blearily, rubbing his eyes.

This definitely isn't Ikebukuro.

There's unspoken horror on the kid's face. Kidnapping?? What? And the wings?! Just what's going on here?

And all through the day he can be found wandering around, trying to find better clues on the wheres and whys of the situation. Mostly trying to avoid interacting with people. ]

Which is probably why he's walking around the village, checking his journal from time to time. He hopes Shizuo is okay. Brother is strong, but the Malnosso might do something to him.

However, even he needs to venture out sometimes, and it's during one of these times that he happens to be on his way to the store when he spots the lost-looking child wandering around. He's got a bit of a soft spot for kids, so he can't help but ask if everything is all right.]

[ By this point the kid is pretty worked up. Shizuo's hands are clenched into fists at his sides and he's breathing in angry pants. ]

[That doesn't go unnoticed by Richard, and he frowns slightly before quickly smiling again. Okay, so the kid's upset, let's try a different tactic.]

In that case, would you mind if I walked with you for a little while? I could do with some company, if you'd like.

[Even though things have returned to normal, Czes is still a little wary about the people wandering about. One kid knows about him now and he doesn't feel too safe at home. So he's out and wandering about when suddenly--Oof!
