ladies and gentleman, it's new feather season. a time of great confusion, anguish, trouble and heartache. the flood of new arrivals is pretty standard now, almost expected, and they could show up anywhere.

literally anywhere.

so maybe it's no surprise that one has landed in the fountain. maybe it's no big shocker that they're not reacting well to the cold and the sudden lack of clothes. and maybe, maybe that look of confusion and anger isn't a particularly shocking thing.

but ladies and gentleman, the fountain is now broken. and the new feather who had arrived in it is holding half of the spout aloft, breathing heavily while a torrent of water gushes straight ahead and into the surrounding area. your village square may experience some flooding today... and that new feather doesn't appear to be letting go of that spout yet.

actually, he's looking around intently... and steadily becoming more and more bewildered. ]

[ ooc: as a quick note! getting shizuo angry is not a good idea if you are a noncombatant. he will attack. children and woman are exempt from this for the most part. ]
